Awana is an international children's program that we offer at The Edge Community Church, as a mid-week children's club. Kids ages 2-12 enjoy the excitement, fellowship, and spiritual enrichment of Awana each week.
For decades, Awana has been facilitating quality, Bible-based children's programs for churches across North America and throughout the globe. Children learn to love, obey, and know God's Word, the Bible. They also enjoy challenging games and can win prizes and awards.
Awana provides opportunities to achieve in areas that count for eternity. Awana is an acronym derived from (2 Timothy 2:15) that means:
"Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed."
In 2015, the Awana Clubs children's program was added as part of our Children's Ministries. We have been growing our Awana Clubs since, and have well over 40 children and more than 15 volunteers participating weekly during the school year. Attendance is comprised of children from our own church, area churches, and the local community in general.

Want to give our Awana club a try? We'd love to have you and your children as our guests. Bring a coffee if you like, and be prepared to cheer for your child's team. See you then.
